Welcome to Stunner Strategy! By accessing and using our website (StunnerStrategy.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Payments

✔ We provide branding, marketing consulting, courses, memberships, and digital products.
✔ All payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
✔ We use secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for transactions.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

✔ Consulting Services: Cancellations require 30 days' notice for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
✔ Courses & Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
✔ Memberships: Monthly or annual memberships can be canceled, but refunds are not provided for unused portions.

3. Intellectual Property

✔ All content, branding strategies, and materials are owned by Stunner Strategy.
✔ You may not copy, resell, or distribute our content without permission.

4. User Conduct

✔ Respectful engagement is required in our membership communities.
✔ No spamming, illegal activities, or misuse of our content.
✔ We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide expert branding and marketing strategies, but results are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for business outcomes, third-party service failures, or loss of data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin/La Crosse County. Any disputes will be handled in Wisconsin/La Crosse County Court.
